About Oluwaseyi

Oluwaseyi, familiarly known as Seyi, is a working corporate sustainability professional and University of Waterloo alumnus with a Master's degree in Environment and Business. As a black woman with first-hand experience in the challenges of black hair care, Seyi was inspired to start BETTR Hair to help fellow black women experience comfort they didn't think was possible while wearing braids and similar protective styles. Seyi is passionate about catering to the needs of the afro-textured hair community, while putting an end to the menace of scalp irritation and addressing the plastic waste crisis caused by synthetic hair extensions products. Seyi aspires to revolutionize the hair care & beauty industry globally with BETTR Hair.
