We aim to deploy and develop software tools to enable globally equitable pay for board members by gathering global data and proposing board member compensation using their local compensation structure. Our approach can ensure that companies recruit the best board members globally, compensate then fairly, whilst lowering benchmarking costs and reducing time to conduct surveys.

Poloko is a high-impact management consultant with demonstrated success in developing and implementing national and business strategy. Poloko has achieved success in fields as diverse as corporate governance, business administration and scientific research. Recently (until August 2023), Poloko led a management team and experienced professionals to start and grow a consulting company focusing on governance advisory. The company has established strategic relationships which allow it to provide a one-stop model for governance services and increase its service offering without additional headcount.
