About Mariak Achuoth:

Mariak Achuoth first-generation engineer with a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Mariak has been involved building large-scale fintech software projects through undergrad internships. Born in South Sudan, the world's youngest nation, and subsequently become a refugee in Kenya, Mariak developed passion for technological inclusivity, particularly in Africa, where technology and society often seem incompatible, like water and oil.
